Under the auspices of the Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships Programme, the Higher Education Authority (HEA) is delighted to announce the 2023 Call for Applications. Successful applicants who already have a seat offered to them at a qualifying Irish higher education institution will be considered for one of sixty scholarships, each of which will cover the cost of one academic year of study at the master’s or doctoral level.
This offer is valid for students coming from countries outside of the EU and EEA, and it may be used for any area of study.

Successful students will receive:
- a scholarship of €10,000 for one academic year
- payment of all tuition and other fees associated with enrollment at the higher education institution in full
Applications may be submitted online via the online portal here.
Applications must be submitted by March 24, 2023, at 5 p.m. (Irish Time).
